Overview
Larkin Hospitality Finance is national hospitality investment banking firm providing debt capital to hotel owners and developers. Position focus will be on business development and transaction volume while working closely with the Managing Director.
Description of Principal Responsibilities
- Participate in strategy to develop new clients and expand existing client relationships
- Identify, analyze, and develop new marketing channels
- Develop existing and new lender partnerships
- Expected volume minimum of $25 - $50 million each year over first 24 months and $75 - $100 million per year thereafter
- Over the longer term, open a new Larkin Hospitality Finance office on the West Coast
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years experience in real estate lending, mortgage banking, or investment analysis
- Outstanding presentation, client management, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry
- Relationships with hotel owners and developers
- Relationships with national lenders
- Consistent track record of closing high volume of transactions
- Strong ownership mentality coupled with outstanding project management skills
- Able to excel in an entrepreneurial, self-directed environment
- High energy; driven to achieve client satisfaction and close deals
- High integrity
